Artist Statement

References to nature in my work become obscured through my process. I works in many layers to build compositions. At times, I apply monoprinting techniques within the layers of brush strokes and ink. I am open to a variety of mediums to achieve the desired composition. My process for creating artwork is continuously evolving.
